The most advanced router table fence in its price range. The Mast-R-Fence II looks as beautiful as its function and features dual track fastening system with adjustable scales that can be set for a zero-reference and fast, repeatable set-ups. We also added a scale along the top face for our Fence-Stop accessory (available separately). The fence is constructed of precision machined 6061 aluminum with a red anodized finish. The fence glides smooth in the tracks and locks firm with the twist of our "high-boy" lock-down knobs. The Mast-R-Fence II has been developed with high density fiberboard sub-fence faces that have been edge banded for long life. The sub-fence faces can be adjusted tool free with convenient locking knobs on the backside of the fence. Our dust port fitting is designed with an inside diameter that accepts a 2-1/4" diameter vacuum hose fitting and outside diameter that accepts a 2-1/2" vacuum hose fitting. Also, included with the fence is our unique fence face shimming bars. These bars are made of anodized aluminum with one side designed to offset the fence face 1/32" and the other 1/16". When not in use they conveniently store on the backside of the fence.

The Mast-Fence II glides back and forth on guide rails and locks firmly with a twist of our "high boy" lock down knobs. Each of the guide rails contain scales that move to provide a zero reference for any bit.

Jessem Rout R Lift Top
Phenolic Router Table Top. Don’t be fooled by the thickness of this top. The 3/4" of PVC coated phenolic is more rigid than MDF core tops and doesn’t sag or swell with moisture. The top is a generous 24" x 32" with an integral 3/4" x 3/8" miter T-slot. The opening is 11-3/4" x 14-3/4" to accommodate a Rout-R-Lift. On the Mast-R-Plate Top the opening is 9-1/4" x 11-3/4" to accommodate a Mast-R-Plate. Both tops feature a pair of unique devices called “snuggers”, which are adjusted to achieve just the right fit with the Rout-R-Lift or Mast-R-Plate. Abundant set screws line the opening perimeter for leveling the router insert. This top is predrilled for the Mast-R-Fence and Router Table Stand, sold separately.

The JessEm MITE-R-SLIDE™ is a unique new miter gauge accessory for the router table. Designed to be mounted to the backside of the fence and slide smoothly across the table on a polished steel bar positioned above the fence. This innovative accessory is engineered to perform precision-machined square or angled cope cuts, crosscuts and other end milling operations with renewed accuracy on a router table. The MITE-R-SLIDE™ offers greatly improved performance and increased precision over similar cuts made with a miter gauge traveling in a single miter track in the tabletop.

Built from precision machined 6061 aluminum components anodized in red and black, the MITE-R-SLIDE™ features a robust industrial design and is engineered for long-term professional use. The miter gauge rotates 45 degrees in both directions and features positive detents every five degrees, including a 22-1/2 degree position. Click into your desired angle and lock it in with a twist of our heavy-duty handle, machined from solid aluminum with a knurled grip and a red anodized finish. The Mite-R-Slide Offers Greatly Improved Performance The fence on the miter gauge features a heavy-duty aluminum extrusion with a T-track along the top face for attaching different types of hold down accessories. The fence also slides in a second T-track located on the backside to position the fence flush to the router table's fence at various angles. The fence locks into position easily with the twist of two solid brass knobs and includes a replaceable sub-fence made of solid phenolic. The MITE-R-SLIDE™ can also be rolled up over the bar and positioned behind the fence when not in use. You will experience tighter fitting joints from the accuracy of this well designed product.

The best valued MDF router table top in the woodworking market. The Rout-R-Top™ is made from 1" thick high density fiber board with high pressure laminate on the top and bottom. The top is edge banded for long life. The table comes standard with corner and side levelling pads. Each corner levelling pad is designed with tapped brass inserts which allow for (2) levelling set screws. The levelling set screws can be adjusted with a hex key from the bottom of the table. Each levelling set screw is provided with a jam nut to secure the set screw at the proper height. Each corner levelling pad is designed with a center hole for securing the insert plate securely in the table opening.
