Take your table saw to a higher level of precision and performance with the New Mast-R-Slide™ Sliding Cross-Cut Table from JessEm Tool Company. This fine quality table saw system features a network of beautifully engineered aluminum extrusions, steel guide rails and precision bearings designed to create the ultimate cross-cutting solution. Designed to replace the left extension wing on most American style cabinet saws and contractor saws, this accessory bolts easily onto the saw with a quick, no-hassle setup. The Mast-R-Slide™ system features JessEm’s innovative Posi-Trak™ bearing guided multi-rail system for an exceptionally smooth and accurate glide from one end of the travel range to the other. The guide mechanism is comprised of 30 double-sealed precision bearings positioned in a staggered design to provide constant contact to the guide rails throughout its travel. The sliding table is easily adjustable to level with the saw’s tabletop and to align it parallel to the cutting blade. Also included is an outrigger support table that is fully adjustable for positioning in a fixed location anywhere along the length of the sliding table as determined by the cutting operation being performed. The extruded aluminum fence length is 28 inches closed and extends outward for a maximum measured cut length of 48 inches with the flip-stop. The fence offers mitered cross-cuts up to 45 degrees in both directions. The Mast-R-Slide™ sliding table offers three positions for the fence, two front end positions (one optimal location for mitered crosscuts and another allowing for an increased cutting width at 90 degrees) and a rear end position for a maximum cross-cut capacity of 36 inches. The fence is easily moved from one position to the other and quickly removes from the sliding table for unobstructed use of the table saw while utilizing the rip fence. The Mast-R-Slide™ 7500 was designed so that no support legs are required, offering a smaller footprint and allowing the optional use of a mobile base on the saw. The Mast-R-Slide™ 7500 will fit right or left-tilt table saws and is designed to be used on the left side of the saw. The table saw must have a solid cast iron top. Table saws with a four-hole extension wing mounting pattern require drilling two additional holes. JessEm Mite-R-Excel™ Precision Miter Gauge with Dual-Indexing The New Mite-R-Excel™ from JessEm Tool offers an unsurpassed level of accuracy, reliability and value. Designed specifically for the serious woodworker, this fine quality precision instrument is CNC machined from heavy gauge 6061 aluminum components for rigidity and rock solid performance. The miter gauge pivots 45 degrees in both directions and features our innovative Dual-Indexing Angle Location System which utilizes a brass push-pin to index positive stops at every five degrees. A secondary range of pin locations allows for quick accurate ½ degree increments at every angle in between each 5 degrees. The gauge mechanism locks in firm with a twist of our solid aluminum handle with knurled grip and red anodized finish.

The Mite-R-Excel™ fence features a heavy-gauge aluminum extrusion that’s rock solid with no flex. The fence length is 27” closed and extends out to a maximum measured cut length of 36” with stop. The fence also features our unique Dual-Reference Adjustable Scale that allows accurate measurements from the blade to 24” and out to 36” when using the telescoping fence extension. The fence offers quick and easy adjustability with solid brass lock knobs and features multiple “T”-tracks for attaching your own sacrificial sub-fences to the fence face for zero-clearance crosscuts.
