The Shop Fox Adjustable Mobile bases are the first mobile bases designed strong enough to move heavy machines on a continual basis, be adjustable to fit a variety of machines and be leveled without the use the of shims or tools. Most shop floors are not perfectly level. To move the machine, you reach down and simply turn the knobs on the two plungers counter-clock wise to allow the weight of the machine to rest on the wheels, and then move the machine to the new location. To lock and level the machine, simply turn the plunger knobs clockwise until locked and level. The Shop Fox® bases are made with the heaviest gauge steel of any of the mobile bases on the market. In most cases, the thickness of steel used is twice that of other mobile bases. This fine quality table saw system features a network of beautifully engineered aluminum extrusions, steel guide rails and precision bearings designed to create the ultimate cross-cutting solution. Designed to replace the left extension wing on most American style cabinet saws and contractor saws, this accessory bolts easily onto the saw with a quick, no-hassle setup. The Mast-R-Slide™ system features JessEm’s innovative Posi-Trak™ bearing guided multi-rail system for an exceptionally smooth and accurate glide from one end of the travel range to the other. The guide mechanism is comprised of 30 double-sealed precision bearings positioned in a staggered design to provide constant contact to the guide rails throughout its travel. The sliding table is easily adjustable to level with the saw’s tabletop and to align it parallel to the cutting blade. Also included is an outrigger support table that is fully adjustable for positioning in a fixed location anywhere along the length of the sliding table as determined by the cutting operation being performed. The extruded aluminum fence length is 28 inches closed and extends outward for a maximum measured cut length of 48 inches with the flip-stop. The fence offers mitered cross-cuts up to 45 degrees in both directions. The Mast-R-Slide™ sliding table offers three positions for the fence, two front end positions (one optimal location for mitered crosscuts and another allowing for an increased cutting width at 90 degrees) and a rear end position for a maximum cross-cut capacity of 36 inches. The fence is easily moved from one position to the other and quickly removes from the sliding table for unobstructed use of the table saw while utilizing the rip fence. The Mast-R-Slide™ 7500 was designed so that no support legs are required, offering a smaller footprint and allowing the optional use of a mobile base on the saw. The Mast-R-Slide™ 7500 will fit right or left-tilt table saws and is designed to be used on the left side of the saw. The table saw must have a solid cast iron top. Table saws with a four-hole extension wing mounting pattern require drilling two additional holes.
